Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Ever heard of a behavioral therapist who said that they can’t provide service for your child because of their poor behavior? Well that’s exactly what this place has done. My child rarely shows physical aggression (autistic with ODD and ADD) and they have refused service after charging us $1600 and then offered to charge us for “parent support” because they “aren’t staffed to handle those behaviors”. When I say rarely I mean maybe once every few months when provoked. We did the assessment and he showed zero signs of aggression. We have been living with his diagnosis for 6 yrs. I am shocked by their responses not to mention their lack of communication. Stay very far away from this place! They just want easy cases that they can rip off your insurance companies for.
